1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using OutfitPilot ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

OutfitPilot is an AI-powered wardrobe management and styling application. The App allows you to photograph your clothing, receive AI-generated metadata, generate outfit suggestions, and preview outfits through virtual try-on technology.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use OutfitPilot. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • OutfitPilot offers a free tier with limited monthly usage and a paid subscription ("OutfitPilot Pro") with higher limits.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to OutfitPilot. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process your images through our AI services for the purpose of providing the App's features. We do not sell, share, or use your photos for any purpose other than delivering the service to you.

6. AI-Generated Content

Outfit suggestions, styling advice, and virtual try-on images are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may not always be perfect. Clothing analysis, colour identification, and style recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees. Virtual try-on images are approximations and may not perfectly represent how clothing will look in real life.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that infringes on third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the App's source code
  • Use automated systems to access the App beyond normal usage
  • Misuse the virtual try-on feature with inappropriate images
  • Share your account credentials with others

8. Limitation of Liability

OutfitPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of OutfitPilot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email.
